January to June in the US: full-time as Global Scholars at world renowned Kauffman Foundation. Focuses on new venture creation from top US institutions/academics and four months entrepreneurial experience within an innovative US company. Delivered in partnership with Kauffman Foundation.

The Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation of Kansas City, Missouri, USA was established in the mid-1960s by the late entrepreneur and philanthropist Ewing Marion Kauffman. The Kauffman Foundation is the biggest entrepreneurship foundation in the world with an asset base of over $2 billion.

The National Council for Graduate Entrepreneurship and FlyingStart share a common mission with the Kauffman Foundation - to increase the entrepreneurial activities of individuals - and the two organisations to enjoy a close relationship.

The FlyingStart Global Entrepreneurs programme is made possible by this collaboration between the National Council for Graduate Entrepreneurship and the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation.

Through the generous support of NESTA, a Follow-on Fund of £150,000 is available for Global Entrepreneurs who have completed their training.

The Fund is able to make awards of up to £35,000 which can be used for non-capital investments.
