Surveying Audience For Deciding Membership Product – (Day 3/30) #Bizathon2

I’ve always heard it’s better to ASK than to figure everything out on your own.

While I did have plenty of ideas regarding what to include in the DOer club – I decided to survey the LIVE audience to get an idea of their pain points and what they were looking for…

This helped me clear out the randomness and figure out the best possible combination of training, help, and resources that would make for a kick-butt Membership Site.

In today’s “15-Minute Sprint“, I struggled with power cuts and internet issues due to which we lost half audience and I’m super grateful for those who stuck around – you guys ROCK! Then I surveyed the audience and figured out the membership product that we’ll be selling. Finally, I wrote down the Headline for the Optin Page.

After several to-and-fro interactions with various members of the LIVE AUDIENCE, I was able to finalize the core Membership Product.

The product will include:

#Bizathon Courses – The LIVE streams, notes, and summaries published as a course – broken down in modules, lessons, quizzes, and assignments. Making it easy to consume, revise, and actionable.

Monthly Mastermind – A monthly webinar with me and my coaches where all DOer members will be invited to learn the latest and greatest things that I learnt that month, along with a Q&A session.

Private FB Group – A private Facebook group for networking with peers who are working on the same businesses along with you.

#AskRito – A Q&A section inside the Membership Area for asking and answering questions. I will be moderating and answering as many questions as I can. But what’ll make this NEXT-LEVEL is when we have multiple members discussing and helping each other out.

Nifty Tools & Software – Being a programmer, I create and use little tools that help me automate some tasks. All these tools that I create for myself in these Bizathon Challenges – I’ll hand them over to you.

All in all – seems like a pretty well rounded package that can give a serious turbo boost to all DOers.

I’ve ordered another backup system – hopefully that works well and we don’t face any more internet disconnections in the future.

But there’s also a LESSON to be learnt here.

If I can create successful online businesses sitting in India dealing with power cuts and internet disconnections, what’s YOUR EXCUSE?

I always say: It’s all in the mind.
