There are three emails you should send to cart abandoners.
An app called “Abandonment Protector Plus” will automatically do it for you.
The first email is sent 1 hour after the cart abandonment.
Second email is sent after 12 hours.
Finally, the third email is sent within 24 hours.
Super easy.
And, Abandonment Protector Plus provides all of the templates.
Customize the logo and wording to suit your own brand, and you’re set!
Utilize Recart Messenger Feature
We Utilize Recart for this.
It requires you to setup a small widget within your Shopify account.
The messenger icon and feature will appear below “Add to Cart” buttons.
Anytime somebody clicks the “add to cart” button, they’re added to a messenger subscription list.
If they don’t complete the purchase after adding the product to their cart, they’ll be automatically sent a series of three messages, right there on the messenger.
This results is high click through rates and impressive results.
Send Autoresponder Emails To Customers
This is the simplest method to implement, yet it’s the most ignored.
Many dropshippers don’t fully appreciate the impact of email marketing.
Emails should and will be an important part of your business.
Sending autoresponders to your customers is a great way to earn brand advocates, additional sales, as well as lasting relationships.
Just a series of three autoresponders, sent after somebody purchases will have a major (positive) impact on your business.
Send these emails at the following times:
- Immediately After Purchase
- After 24 Hours After Purchase
- After 48 Hours After Purchase

- Best Selling Product With A Coupon Code And Links To Each Product
- Scarcity Email With 20% Off Coupon
