The Only 12 Shopify Apps Your Business Actually Needs (Bizathon4 Episode9)

3 min read

Last month We Built A Profitable Shopify Store From The Groud Up.

If you’re new to FSO we build businesses from scratch every 30 days…

The Bizathon Challenge!

Last month was a huge success, not just for our team, but for many.

Because of this, we’re continuing with Shopify as the focus for Bizathon4.

This month we’ll scale our Shopify income by utilizing pro-level tactics.

Watch the video and discover the only Shopify Apps you need:

This is one of the most frequently asked questions across our social media.

“Which Shopify apps do I use?”

Many don’t put much thought into their Shopify apps.

Installing whichever shiny new app captures their eye.

If you don’t need it, don’t use it.

The more apps you have, the slower your site will be.

There should be an immediate need for any app installed on your website.

Quite frankly, when you’re just starting with Shopify, you really don’t need any.

Discover which Shopify apps we use and why we invite you to do the same…

The Only 12 Shopify Apps You Need

CommonPanda Shopify Apps

I’ll reiterate…

If you’re just starting, meaning you haven’t earned a sale, you don’t need apps.

With the exception of ZeroUp, your Shopify Apps list shouldn’t look ours.

Once you’re generating revenue, it make sense to invest into the business.

After testing an absurd amount of Shopify Apps over the past several weeks, we’ve come to appreciate a particular handful more than others.

The apps I’m about to cover all serve a specific purpose.

Our store is generating money, pretty darn good money at that.

We’ve now automated fulfillment, emails, customer service and so much more..

Here’s how we do it:

Abandonment Protector Plus

Abandonment Cart Protector Plus

We want to prevent as many abandon carts as possible.

For whatever reason, your prospect gets all the way to the final checkout page, enters all their info, and then disappears.

This happens often, and not just to Shopify stores.

Abandonment Protector Plus helps protect against this with various incentives.

Crush Pic

This app compresses image files to minimize server use while maximizing speed.

It also optimizes your image with all necessary alt attributes for search indexing.

This one isn’t required at first.

Once you upload several products, images and apps, Crush.Pics helps keep things running quickly.

CustomCat Fulfillment

CustomCa FulFillment

This one is for our hybrid store, which we’ll discuss in an upcoming post.

This app handles all merchandise and physical product fulfillment needs by offering over 550 styles of t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, cell phone cases, embroidered hats, bags and more!

For now, here’s a link to CustomCat.

  1. Heeeey Rito the man!!
Is this apps list still current? Or has it changed now, a year later?
Also, why doesn’t Zeroup or Zeroup lite show up in the Shopify Apps store? Not a sign of it there when I search for it, and therefore no reviews. I love Fred Lam but this makes the app look kinda sketchy.
    Any feedback appreciated.
